As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be at the heart of our food and beverage operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of our dining outlets, events, and catering services. You'll work closely with a passionate team of chefs, servers, and event coordinators to create memorable experiences for guests and elevate our reputation as a destination for food and wine lovers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, service, and presentation. Oversee the development and execution of menus, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients, while embracing innovation. Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, special events, and culinary experiences. Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory, maintaining cost controls and maximizing revenue. Lead, train, and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. About You: Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. Experience in running a mulit site and outlet venue Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Exceptional culinary knowledge, with a focus on local produce and wine pairings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team. Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability. Creative and strategic thinker, with a keen eye for industry trends and guest preferences. A genuine love for the Hunter Valley region and an understanding of its wine, food, and cultural offerings.
